Not only did we talk to the owner but he did the job himself. His price was right on the money as far as what he quated us.Did not have much expectations for getting out stains others could not, but very surprised to see the end result.Mike was very profesional and explained all he was doing.I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them

This is the second time we have sent an emergency call to Heaven's Best carpet cleaning because of a terrible dog mess (each time).
